4. Course Enrollment and Payment

4.1 Enrollment

By enrolling in a course or program, you agree to pay the specified fees and comply with all course requirements and deadlines. Enrollment is subject to availability and acceptance of your application, where applicable.

4.2 Payment

All payments must be made in Euro (€). We accept various payment methods as specified on our website. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.

4.3 Taxes

All fees and charges are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities. You are responsible for payment of all applicable taxes.

5. Refund Policy

We strive for customer satisfaction and offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • For in-person courses: Full refund if cancellation is made at least 14 days before the start date; 50% refund if cancellation is made 7-13 days before the start date; no refund for cancellations less than 7 days before the start date.
  • For online courses: Full refund within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing. Processing times for refunds may vary depending on the original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Content

The content on our website and in our courses, including text, graphics, logos, images, course materials, and videos, is owned by SalesMasters Academy or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our content without our express written permission.

6.2 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our services and content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
  • Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our services

  • Share your account credentials or course access with others
  • Record, reproduce, or share course materials without permission

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease, and you must cease all use of our services and content.

9. Disclaimers

Our services and content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee any specific results from the use of our services or courses. Success in sales depends on various factors, including your effort, dedication, and proper application of the techniques and strategies taught.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall SalesMasters Academy, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on our services
  • Any content obtained from our services
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SalesMasters Academy, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
